Mary Schulz, Vice President, Environmental Risk, GE Capital Solutions
Mary Schulz has been with GE since 2002 and is Vice President and Environmental Risk Leader for the Franchise Finance business of GE Capital Solutions, dealing with all environmental aspects of this real estate-based business including due diligence for loans, purchases and sales of real estate, and portfolio purchases of assets and loans, as well as corporate acquisitions. Prior to joining GE, she served as in-house environmental counsel for other major corporations including Sears, Goodrich, Olin and Valvoline. She began her environmental career with USEPA Region 6 in the Regional Counselís office and also practiced environmental law with the firm of Gardere and Wynne in Dallas. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law.
